Sake Navi is not an online store that directly sells products. You can search for and reserve the alcoholic beverages you want to purchase before or during your trip, and payment and product collection are completed at the shop. Make your trip more enjoyable with Sake Navi.

Product Search
All products on SakeNavi are registered under their official names. Therefore, it is best to search using the official name, brand name, or key keywords. Product names can also be searched in Korean, Japanese, English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and Thai.
Price Information
Product prices displayed on SakeNavi may change. However, if the price increases, you can pay the reservation price at the shop. Conversely, if the shop’s price is lower on the day of your visit, you can purchase at the shop’s price.
Pre-order
Advance reservations require membership registration. When applying, please be sure to check the available visiting period and cancellation fees. Some products may have limited reservation quantities.
Reservation status
After making an advance reservation, each step such as “Reservation Received” and “Approved” will be shown in your My Page reservation details, and changes will also be notified by email (in development).
Cancel Reservation
Cancellation fees apply for high-value or limited items to protect shops from last-minute no-shows. These items require a deposit at reservation, after which your reservation is confirmed. Cancel from your reservation details page, but note fees may apply depending on the item.
In-store Payment
There are no extra service fees. With promotions, you might save more than if you bought in-store. To get tax-free benefits, bring your passport and spend at least ¥5,000. Some stores process tax-free refunds at a dedicated counter.
Return Policy
Sake Navi only provides product info—it is not the seller. You’re responsible for checking the product condition at pickup. Returns, exchanges, and cancellations follow the store’s policy and standard trade practices.
